# Create Event

1. **Click on create event**

2. **Fill the event detail form**

For now there is only One time event, but we will add more variety of event type

3. **Upload event image with format image PNG / JPEG maximum file 32 mb**

4. **Fill out event details (event name, description, date, time and location), choose timezone based on the location, for location you can also select from geotag.**

For additional scanner it is optional

5. **After fill out the event, click submit to process the event**

6. **After successfully submit your event, click ok on the pop up and you will be directed to event detail page**

7. **Fill POA Form is optional**
8. **In event detail page you need to set eligible NFT collection for the event, you can choose between add contract address or deploy new contract**

10. **Once you set the eligible NFT collection, your event will be reviewed. To check the event status, you can see in event detail page if it is on review / published or check notification**

While on request approval you can still edit your event, but once your event is approved and published you're no longer able to edit your event

10. **Once it published you can see the event in Entri App**
